Relish the taste of Bengal at MoMo Café at Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Outer Ring Road. The Bengali Food Festival is an exciting culinary event that showcases the rich and diverse cuisine of the Bengal region. This festival offers a unique opportunity to experience the vibrant flavours and aromas of the Bengali cuisine, which is known for its use of spices, herbs, and seafood.

At the festival, sample a variety of traditional Bengali dishes curated by homechef Nandita Kundu Goswami who will be flying down all the way from Hyderabad to take one and all on a culinary journey all the way to the land best known as the city of joy. The 1st runner up of the Hyderabad Best Home Chef competition judged by Australian Masterchef Garry Mehigan, Nandita has come a long way. Along with Executive Chef Sajid Patel and the culinary team, they together have designed an exclusive rotating menu that will include dishes like the Fish Curry, Chingri Malai Curry, Kosha Mangsho, Biryani, Basanti Pulao, Luchi aar Cholar Dal, Ilish Maach, Aloo Poshto, Shukto, Bhetki Paturi, Chicken Dak Bunglow, Koraishuti Kachori aar Aloo Dum, Fish Fry, Kolkata Kathi Roll, Jhal Muri and more. And when one is eating Bengali cuisine, desserts cannot be missed, and the dessert counter has a selection of the classic sweets such as Roshogulla, Sandesh, Bhappa Doi, Mishti Doi, Payaesh, Kheer Kodom, Patisapta and so much more, one can’t even begin to imagine what a treat would that be!

That’s not all! The food festival will also witness a special menu “Thakurbarir Ranna” on 9th May in honour of Rabindranath Tagore’s Birthday. The special menu will feature the renowned traditional dishes that have been part of every Bengalis’ lives. It will feature both “amish” and “niramish” dishes – non-vegetarian and vegetarian respectively that will take the diners to a culinary delight. Home chef Nandita’s recipes are highly inspired by the Thakurbarir Ranna and each and every dish is a reflection of her passion for authentic Bengali cuisine. Her recipes are infused with traditional spices, herbs, and cooking techniques that have been passed down through generations, making her dishes not only delicious but also deeply rooted in the culture and history of Bengal. Whether it's a simple dal or a complex biryani, Nandita's dishes are sure to transport you to the bustling parts of West Bengal and leave you craving for more.

In additional to the food, the festival will feature live music, and traditional Bengali art and crafts.
