7th June 2022, Mumbai: The Thane outpost is spreading its curation wings to spread a cheerful The Butterfly High Effect with a weekly calendar of the best experiences for its customers.
Since the inception of Butterfly High’s first outlet in Bandra in 2018, the power-packed father-daughter team of hospitality veteran Narayan Poojari and second generation restaurateur Nikita have led the format to chart a steady growth flight, earning loyal customers who utilise the space that shape shifts to cater every age group.
Be it an indulgent morning brekkie with friends, a celebratory lunch outing with the girls, an evening catch up with colleagues and a high energy bar to let your hair down after sundown, the Thane outpost has quickly become the go-to neighbourhood outing.
Starting from June, Mondays will set a vibe for live music performance night with singer performer Soham, Wednesdays will be Girls Night Out, and Friday-Saturdays will open the floor for High-energy DJ Nights.

Mumbai monsoons are a mood, and to welcome the baarish, the outlet will run a special kebab and whisky festival called ‘Scotch and Seekh’ from June 1 to July 15.
The kebabs are inspired by flavours of the Eastern and Western worlds. The vegetarian options include the shahi Makai Kishmish ke Kebab, Dahi ke kebab, Cottage Cheese BOS Kebab, Nawabi Kharda Paneer Tikka and Kathal ke Kebab; Middle eastern route of Veg Shish Taouk, Zaffrani Lasooni Paneer Tikka Manchurian veg seekh kebab for Chindian lovers, the offbeat Cheesy Espinacas Stuffed Kumbh Tandoori from Andalusia that are a mix of spinach and chickpeas, Mexican fusions with Rajma Galouti and Tex Mex Tandoori Mushroom.
The non-vegetarian mix includes Turkish Chicken Adana Kebab, Chicken Shish Taouk, Sekuwa Chicken Kebab from Nepal, Chicken Chili Shashlik Kebab, American Creamy Herby Chicken Kebab, Gilafi Chicken Seekh, Kaghazi Kebab or tangdi kebab, Kolkata’s Chelo Mutton Seekh Kebab, Lucknowi Kharda Chicken Tikka, Chermoula Fish Tikka inspired by the North African sauce, Tandoori Bharwan Pomfret, Tandoori Lebanese Prawns Tandoori Charcoal Prawns.
To accompany the Seekh trail, whisky pours have been priced between Rs 150 and Rs 500. The list includes premier whiskies in every range. Guests can choose from Red Label, Ballantine’s Finest, JW Black Label, Chivas Regal 12 YO, JW Double Black, Jack Daniel’s No 7, Glenfiddich 12 YO, Glenlivet 12 YO.
