New Delhi, June: Granny travels to the Mediterranean lands this summer and brings to its guests a delectable selection of dishes and cocktails inspired by the rich flavors and traditions of the Middle East.

Sly Granny, renowned for its innovative and eclectic culinary experiences, is thrilled to announce the launch of their exciting new summer menu 'Mediterranean Feast'. The exclusive menu features a gastronomical delight of curated dishes and cocktails and will be available to enjoy across all their 4 cities in India. The Khan Market, New Delhi, Indiranagar, Bengaluru, Forum Rex Walk, Bengaluru, and Tereza Beach House, Goa outlets will begin serving the menu from 26th June till the end of July.

The exclusive 'Mediterranean Feast', consists of various main dishes and handcrafted cocktails for one to choose from. Ranging from the AntiPasti Platter, featuring sundried tomato relish, caper sauce, Tapenade, Crumble Goat Cheese, Herbed Focaccia, and Toasted Baguette to Greek Dolmas, flavorful treats filled with cucumber and whipped Feta Labneh, creating a harmonious blend of textures and tastes and Pesto Burrata, a combination of sun blessed tomatoes, charred Peaches with the creamy burrata and topped with the flavourful Pesto.The Roasted Broccoli Steak, served with Tomato Butter Romesco, tapenade & Dukkah and the Avocado and Beet Tartare with an orange blossom soup is something you wouldn’t want to miss out on. For the non vegetarian connoisseurs, the braised chicken, with white wine & tarragon sauce topped with Couscous, the linguine brown butter shrimps with asparagus & Pecrino cheese and the baked trout served with a lemon olive oil sauce, asparagus, vine cherry tomatoes is an array you would love to try. Top it all with the Orange Blossom cake, a refreshing summer delight with apricot gel, candied orange peel, mascarpone cheese.

The drinks are an artisanal concoction of flavours and essences blended perfectly well to beat the summer heat. The Quiet Gentleman, a combination of bacardi, pineapple juice, kaffir lime, simple syrup, The Albania Coast, a combination of Gin, Green apple chunks, Mint leaves, tonic water, simple syrup and Granny No.5, a refreshing mixture of bourbon, peach syrup, honey, mint are not to be missed out. The vodka cocktails include The Milano Column, a mixture of vodka, homemade rosemary syrup, fresh orange juice, salt, simple syrup, lime juice, Capital, vodka, fresh watermelon juice, basil leaves, simple syrup, The Greek Island, vodka, Homemade thyme syrup, cucumber, simple syrup and The French Story, a combination of vodka, ginger honey syrup, jalapeno brine, simple syrup, lime, orange, ginger ale.
