The Fern Hotels & Resorts, India's leading environmentally sensitive hotel chain has opened The Fern Residency in the ceramic city of Morbi in Gujarat. This is the 16th hotel which the company has opened in Gujarat. This takes the number of hotels managed by the company to 71 hotels across the country as well as in Nepal and Seychelles.
Suhail Kannampilly, the CEO of the company said,” The Fern brand is extremely popular in the state of Gujarat. We have as many as 16 operational properties in the state and very soon we will be opening hotels in a few other cities in the state too.”
The Fern Residency, Morbi is a 51-room hotel offering contemporary accommodations. The hotel offers four different categories of room viz. WinterGreen, Winter Green Premium, Fern Club and Hazel Suite. Some of the amenities in the rooms include packaged water, eco-friendly light arrangement and bathroom amenities, tea maker and satellite TV connections. The other offerings in the property include a gym and a spa.
The hotel has two restaurants. The fountain is an all-day dining vegetarian multi-cuisine restaurant offering world-class delicacies. The special attraction is its thali, served during lunch which offers an array of local dishes.
The other attraction is Woods - the thematic non-vegetarian Indian restaurant which serves Indian cuisine and specializes in kebabs, curries and dum biryanis cooked the traditional way.
