Celebrating the new year, Grand Market Pavilion lays out a special Poila Boisakh spread of dishes that capture the essence of Bengal. Authentic delicacies slow simmered with love from age-old recipes handed down through generations. Indulge in the aromatic flavours of this region.

The festive buffet will include dishes such as – Bhapa Bhetki, Kochi Pathar Jhol, Dimer Devil, Chennar Paturi, Chingri Malai Curry, Potoler Dorma, Aloo Posto, Pui Saag Chingri, Basanti Pulao, Gondhoraj Diye Murghir Kosha to name a few.

Grand Market Pavilion draws inspiration from the iconic New Market or Hogg Market of Kolkata, once a treasury of produce for the country. Keeping pace with international trends, the restaurant serves an immersive culinary experience, creating the ambience of a gourmet food district. It is a vibrant, bustling showcase of the finest in local, Indian and global fare.

Grand Market Pavilion, the buffet restaurant at ITC Royal Bengal has always been a carnival for all generations. This Poila Boisakh relax, unwind and indulge in the feast laid out for the occasion. The at-site Kebaberie and colourful buffet counters with its pathways and live kitchen add a touch of breeziness to the ambience, which is warm, welcoming and exciting. On offer in addition to traditional delicacies is an abundant spread featuring an array of unexplored cuisines from the North East India, dishes from Kitchens of India and our signatures from the Global Galley as well as the artisanal, the sweet and the subtle at the dessert studio, thus presenting an experience like no other.

At Eden Pavilion, ITC Sonar, savour the true taste of local delicacies in an extensive buffet that showcases the vibrant spirit of the City of Joy at Eden Pavilion—Beguni, Beetroot Chop, Duckbanglow Murgi, Dhokar Dalna, Chingri Malai Curry, Aloo diye Kochi Pathar Jhol, Rui Macher Kaliya,  Chicken Biryani and many more to give you a taste of heritage on a platter.
