South of Vindhyas is hosting a distinctive Sea Food Festival, with diverse flavors and delicacies from the South of India. Traditional decorations like rangoli and “Samay”, a lamp common during auspicious ceremonies in South adorns the entrance. The ten day festival offers an exhaustive choice of fishes like Indian salmon, kingfish, karimeen, squids, clams and crabs. Chef Bala has specially prepared an authentic menu keeping in mind the tastes and preferences of Sea Food Lovers. The food will be cooked in various styles of Coastal India states like Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Kerala.
