Mumbai, India: The Happy High, Mumbai’s most premium bartending institute launched its “Bar Essentials Program '' and conducted its maiden one at the luxurious ITC Kohenur, Hyderabad to fuel the cocktail culture in a hotel that houses 7 food and beverage outlets.
The “Bar Essentials Program” is a bespoke program that comprises beverage gyaan, spirit degustation, bar basics and cocktail making. The 2 day workshop is intended to get bartenders a refresher, to get floor associates a first-hand feel behind the bar and making their first cocktail, to take the knowledge levels up a notch, to foster bonding amongst associates and most importantly to have the team walking out confidently seeing beverages in a new light.
