Ritesh Sharma has been appointed as the General Manager at Taj Santacruz, Mumbai. He previously held the position of General Manager at Taj Falaknuma Palace, Hyderabad. Ritesh holds a degree in Hotel Management from SRM Institute of Hotel Management, Chennai and undertook the Executive Management Program from S.P Jain Institute of Management. He has also attained the Six Sigma Black Belt certification from the Indian Statistical Institute. Ritesh started his career with IHCL eighteen years ago, in the Front Office department at Taj Coromandel, Chennai.
