Chef Gaggan will be on a four-city culinary tour with ITC Hotels before closing his restaurant, Gaggan in Bangkok. Presenting the last series of his collaborative dinners, he will be curating a 15-course menu called the “Last Experience of Gaggan” as a final adieu. A one-of-its-kind repast of modernist and progressive re-interpretations of traditional Indian recipes by Gaggan Anand awaits diners at ITC Hotels in Kolkata, Chennai, Mumbai, and New Delhi.
A two Michelin starred restaurant, Gaggan has been ranked No. 1 in Asia's 50 Best Restaurants for four years in a row and ranks 5th on The World's 50 Best Restaurants list of 2018.
