The cuisine at Diya embodies a mélange of authentic handpicked ingredients representing a distinctive culinary trail from ancient to modern India created by Master Chef Istiyaq, also known as the Master of Spices.
We are happy to introduce Chef Istiyaq who hails from the bylanes of Aminbabad and has a mastery on frontier cuisines such as Hyderabadi, Lucckhnowi, Peshawari where he is also known to curate popular veg recipes too. This menu is a fresh take on these cuisines of Chef Istiyaq where he brings traditional recipes from these regions.
