New Delhi, April 2024: In celebration of the Italian flavours, Cena Pranzo, an experiential Italian restaurant located at Grand Hyatt Gurgaon, is hosting a ‘Cena Pranzo X La Piazza pop-up’; Giving us a taste of Italian tradition, the pop up will last from April 18th until April 21st. Spread across 4 days, this experiential pop-up dinner will be a great melting pot of flavours and cultures over an exotic dining experience and wonderful conversations. 

The menu features a tapestry of Italian curations, ranging from the Ravioli ricotta e spinaci to Gnocchi ripieni di funghi salsa gorgonzola e noci. The special menu also offers delectable main course options including Friciulin – Leek and asparagus roll, fresh herbs, mashed potatoes, Agnello ai Carciofi –  Roasted NZ Lamb loin, potatoes and artichokes, Pollo alla Marengo – Chicken breast, prawns, fried egg and the rest. Don’t forget to savour the mouthwatering desserts; the Frittelle di mele – Apple fritters, mascarpone cream and cinnamon ice cream is nothing short of magic!   

Moreover, witness the Italian cooking techniques first-hand with the enticing live cooking stations at the pop-up. Featuring a live kitchen orchestrated by ‘Chef Fabrizio’ of La Piazza and ‘Chef Mauro’ of Cena Pranzo, every element of the pop-up is thoughtfully curated with luxury.
