Slink & Bardot, the much-adored French restaurant, brings to you a unique 4-course dinner of delicious Parisienne cuisine paired with aromatic luxury single malts.
This exquisite dinner is inspired by the four different stages of making this magnificent whiskey. The first course of the menu draws inspiration from the first stage of Whiskey making that is selecting the Grain. This would feature the Juniper glazed Parsnip paired with the smoky & balanced Scapa Glansa.
The second course highlights the Malting stage with the Seared Scallops & King Trumpet Scallops paired with the spicy & exotic Glenlivet 15 French Oak Reserve.
Followed by the third stage - Distilled, which features the Confit Duck Cigar and the Confit Jackfruit Cigar paired with the deep & fruity Aberlour 16.
The final course will pay homage to the Frozen stage, with the Irish Coffee Patissier paired with the creamy & elegant Longmorn Distillers Choice.
