METHODS OF PREPARATION

  1. First soak the rice for 20 minutes and grind it.
  2. Boil Milk in a deep pan. Choice (almond milk, coconut milk or whole milk for a rich texture).
  3. Reduce the heat and allow it to simmer until it slightly thickens.
  4. Combine the ground-soaked rice with evaporated milk, sugar, cardamom powder, saffron, and rose water.
  5. Incorporate thandai into the mixture and stir to achieve a slightly thinner consistency.
