The Orchid Hotel Vile Parle beckons you to an extraordinary culinary experience of exotic cuisine from God’s Own Country – Kerala at the Kerala Food Festival being hosted at  South of Vindhyas.  dedicated to God’s own country. The 10 days festival from 6th to 15th December 2019,  will familiarize the guests with diverse flavours and delicacies that bring out the best of Kerala culture and tradition during this festive period.

The Grand feast has been deftly crafted under master expertise of Chef Bala and his team and includes Ala carte along with three variations of sit down buffet - Vegetarian, Non - Vegetarian and Sea Food.

Embark upon a sumptuous journey starting off with Soups like Tomato Rasam, Paya and mouth – watering Starters like Uzhunnu Vada, Parippu Vada, Chembada, Kerala Fish Fry, Koonthal Roast, Kozhi Milagu Fry and many more varieties of Vada. The elaborate main course includes Olan, Avial, Ulli They, Kootu Curry, and Kadala Curry for vegetarians and non-vegetarians can enjoy Kozhi Roast, Mutton Nandan Curry, Adu Ishtu, Keema Masala, and Malabar Chicken Curry. For seafood lovers, Chef has exquisite offerings such as Meen Moilee, Karimeen, Chemmeen Theeyal, Chemeen Mappas and many more which can go along with different types of breads like Malabari Paratha and Appams.  Those who are rice lovers can have Chemmeen Biryani, Ney Choru, and Mapla Chicken Biryani etc.

The mains are accompanied by freshly prepared desserts like Kaya Mukki Porichatu, Pal Ada Pradhamam, Thari Unda and Aravana Payasam, the taste of which will linger for a long time.

A beautiful flower rangoli, a boat decorated with spices and ‘Samai’, a traditional lamp common during auspicious ceremonies in Kerala would adorn the entrance of the restaurant. The staff would be dressed in traditional South Indian attire to welcome you with their warm hospitality.
