The Orchid Hotels Group Concludes its Annual Sales Conclave at Fort Jadhavgadh

Mumbai, India - The Orchid Hotels Group recently concluded its sales conclave at the historic Fort Jadhavgadh, a Gadh Heritage Hotel located in the picturesque outskirts of Pune. The event brought together all the heads of the various properties by the group, sales professionals working for The Orchid Hotel brand to review the past year's performance and set goals for the coming fiscal year.

The main agenda of the conclave was to review the financial performance of the year 2022-2023 and analyze the strategies that were implemented to achieve the brand's goals. The team members also set their goals for the next fiscal year - 2023-24 - by defining their target market segment, geographical locations, top business churning corporate companies, top travel agents to target, and defining their numbers that will be achieved in this fiscal.

Among the attendees were Vishal Kamat, CEO, Kamat Hotels India Ltd, Varun Sahani, VP, Operations, Kamat Hotels India Ltd, Ayon Bhattacharya, VP, West India, Orchid Hotels & Resorts, Sanjeev Advani, VP, Sales, The Kamat Hotels India Ltd besides the General Managers from the various hotels and resorts under the brand.

The Orchid Hotels brand recognizes and rewards its performers who have the right potential and have their vision in line with the brand vision. The top performers were awarded incentives for their outstanding contribution to the brand's revenue generation. The sales personnel of The Orchid Hotel Mumbai, Meghan Patne was awarded an incentive of INR 8 Lakhs for being the top performer and generating the majority of business from the top travel agents and MICE event companies, which resulted in a revenue of 92 million for the entire group. Followed by him, Shirazi Raj and Darshana Rajemahadik from The Orchid Hotel Mumbai sales team, and Lalan Yadav, from Pune sales team were awarded 7 Lakhs of incentive each, respectively for generating 60 million, 70 million, and 65 million revenue from the corporate clientele, respectively. The other team members were also awarded with incentives pertaining to their respective revenue generation contribution to the brand.
