National, 3rd July 2024: Prepare your taste buds for an unforgettable culinary experience as THE Park Visakhapatnam presents “Riwayat-e-Kashmir,” a five-day food festival, celebrating the rich and aromatic flavours of Kashmiri Pandit cuisine from 3rd July to 7th July 2024 as dinner buffet. Embark on a gastronomic adventure showcasing the region’s culinary heritage, expertly curated by renowned chefs Rahul Wali and Sidakpreet Singh Kalra.

“Riwayat-e-Kashmir” promises an immersive dining experience, featuring a delectable array of traditional and authentic dishes inspired by Kashmiri Pandit rich culture. Leading the culinary team is Chef Rahul Wali, a celebrated chef with a passion for reviving lost and regional Indian cuisines.  Born in Srinagar, Chef Wali brings a lifetime of experience and knowledge to the table, having honed his skills at prestigious establishments like Oberoi Towers, The Oberoi, and Leela Kempinski and many more. His dedication to preserving culinary traditions earned him the historic Chef award from the Indian Federation of Culinary Association (IFCA) in February 2023.

Joining him is Chef Sidakpreet Singh Kalra, a culinary maestro with over 14 years of experience in Progressive Indian Cuisine, Tandoor BBQs, and Regional Indian Cuisine. Chef Kalra’s passion for authentic flavours and innovative techniques shines through in every dish he creates.
