The Tamara Kodai
The Tamara Kodai, set high in the verdant hills of the Nilgiris in Tamil Nadu, is a slice of history renovated to be a luxurious property. In the colonial times of the 1840s, this gorgeous property was known as the Baynes Bungalow. It then went on to become La Providence, a monastery and from there it has been painstakingly renovated, keeping most of the original elements intact, into The Tamara Kodai.
