The Pump House, Bangalore bags the Best Regional Debutant Restro-Bar of the year Award

August 26, 2019, Bengaluru: The Pump House, one of the leading brewpubs in south Bangalore known for quenching city’s thirst with finest craft beers was honoured at the recently concluded  Indian Restaurant Congress &Awards (2019) held at the JW Mariott in New Delhi. The award was conferred on The Pump House in the category of ‘Best Regional Debutant Restro-Bar of the year- South’ for their excellent contribution towards Bangalore’s Food & Beverage Industry. 

Restaurant India Awards is the top honour bestowed upon the greatest in the industry who have continuously dedicated their lives walking an extra mile to raise the bar of Food & Beverage Sector. After eight prestigious national editions and seven regional editions, the 9^th edition of the Restaurant India Awards again came to the food paradise – New Delhi. Indian Restaurant Congress is the top business and knowledge-sharing platform for the business of food and restaurant in India. The Indian Restaurant Congress has made a mark in the industry calendar as it is important for people in the sector to join the only Foodservice business platform in India that talks about the Business of tomorrow.

Themed as ‘Restaurant Leadership Conference’ the show attracted more than 500 stakeholders and key thought leaders from top restaurants and F&B brands from around the world including India. While receiving the award Mr Vishal Atreya, Managing Partner, The Pump House said “We are delighted to have received this award at one of the country’s prestigious awards platform. The Pump House began operations in December 2018 and since then it has become the favourite destination for craft beers and exemplary culinary offerings. Located in a posh location at JP Nagar, the place boasts of superior architecture, striking interiors and a vibe that makes for a perfect ambience. The high retractable ceiling of the Brewery lets you enjoy the amazing weather of Bangalore in the day and leaves you spellbound with an amazing view of the stars in the night. Spread on a massive area of 17000 sq. ft. it has a seating capacity of around 400 people.
