This proverb goes very well in the case of Mrs Alka Ladhani the woman behind Mr Paritosh Ladhani who is the Managing Partner of the G Ladhani group. The group which has diversified interests in Coca Cola Bottling, energy and Hospitality.

Mrs. Alka Ladhani  is currently working as Executive Director of Radisson Blu Agra along with Mr. Paritosh Ladhani has been actively engaged as a benefactor of the property. The conception of the hotel in 2008 gave her a chance to get into the business.

She was involved in every aspect of project and interior designing till the hotel commencement and thereafter started taking care of F&B development of the hotel and its thematic renovation. The introduction of different cuisines, keeping abreast with the national and international food trends, and initiating something novel every month, has been her passion for the F&B department.

She visits every city’s F&B spaces during her international and national travel, collects information on changing catering and MICE trends and institutes the same in the hotel. During the last five years, she has helped the hotel introduce concepts like Dawat-e-Nawab, an Indian specialty restaurant which has a unique abstraction of its own. She has contributed in opening the state’s first sports bar with Liquid Lounge and the first Sky Bar- Colorbar. She’s known for her disruptive and innovative ideas.

Mrs. Alka Ladhani is extremely hard working and committed, very creative, perfectionist believes in having a healthy body and mind, and great in understanding people. Her pleasurable pastime is singing and travelling and has an innovation fad in the field of Food and beverage.
