The vanilla cake has remained the most common cake flavour at weddings since the 1960s. Whereas chocolate and red velvet have gained popularity over the years with unique designs. And amazing flavours like Caramel apple cake, Hazelnut praline cake, Salted caramel flavour, Chocolate cappuccino torte are trending over the upcoming years.
Weddings are special moments shared by a bride and groom. This new journey has to be celebrated with traditional ceremonies and enjoyable moments. These traditional ceremonies are memories that are cherished for ages. It is believed that sweetness will bring happiness to the couple’s life. The contemporary wedding cake has grown out of several different ethnic traditions. Traditionally wedding cakes were made to bring good luck to all the guests and the couple. These days, wedding cakes are trending. Modern Pastry chefs and cake designers make use of various ingredients and their creativity to make amazing wedding cakes. With various designs and flavours, wedding cakes add a special appearance at the wedding. Thus, it will keep developing round the clock.
