Mumbai, 17th November 2018: The crown of the Indian map, ‘Kashmir’, takes one on a soothing gastronomical voyage at Sofitel Mumbai BKC. The luxury hotel is hosting a 10-day food festival at Jyran – Tandoor Dining & Lounge from 16th to 25th November 2018 that will awaken your sense of culinary adventure. Chef Abdul Qayum Rishi and Chef Bilal Ahmad Wani will offer guests the finest royal delicacies from Kashmir. The festival is hosted at Sofitel Mumbai BKC’s award-winning signature restaurant, Jyran that features the cuisine of poets and warriors from the North-West Frontier Province of India.

Synonymous to its scenic beauty, the food in Kashmir is blissful. The rich, redolent dishes steeped in traditions have evolved over many generations.
