Chef Ravi has been delighting his patrons for the past five years with the traditional Wazwan experience which include classics like Gustaba, Rogan Josh, Waza Chicken and many more. Wazwan is a multi-course meal in Kashmiri cuisine which is often laid out for special occasions and celebrations where 4-5 guests eat out from one platter wherein the dishes are served by the chef himself, known as the waza.
The regular fare of the wazwan comprises of approximately 36 dishes however Chef Ravi has curated the menu retaining the specialties of the valley like Gustaba, Rogan Josh, Nadru Yakhni, Rajma, Haakh Saag and a lot more. End the experience on a sweet note with desserts like Kesari Phirni and traditional Badam Ka Halwa.
