August 2023: The Westin Gurgaon is thrilled to announce a delectable culinary adventure that promises to indulge your senses and transport you across the diverse regions of India. The renowned all-day dining restaurant, Seasonal Tastes at Westin Gurgaon, will host an extraordinary Sunday Brunch series, paying homage to the rich tapestry of Indian cuisine starting from 6th August till 27th August.

This extraordinary series, inspired by the Kitchens of India, will captivate food enthusiasts with an array of flavours representing the Northern plains, the Southern coastal regions, Eastern traditions, and the opulent royal fare of the West. Each Sunday Brunch will present a meticulously curated menu that harmoniously blends beloved breakfast and lunch items, along with sweet and savoury delicacies, creating an unparalleled dining experience that sets the tone for the week ahead.

The journey kicks off on the first Sunday of August, i.e. the 6th, celebrating the Eastern ranges of India. Indulge in a medley of specialties including Litti Chokha, Aloo Bhajan, Baingan Bhajan, Thukpa, Khosa Manso (mutton), Bhapa Ellis (hilsa), Sukto (mix vegetables), Ghugni, Patisapta, and Kolkata chicken biryani. The following Sunday, August 13th, will transport guests to the Western part of India where they can savour the delights of Dal Baati Churma, Mirchi Bada, Bajra ki Roti with Lehsun Chutney, Mathaniya Murgh, Mohan Maas, Kalmi Vada, Ker Sangri, Moong Dal Halwa, and more. On the auspicious occasion of Independence Day, August 15th, guests can immerse themselves in the Great Indian Brunch, featuring a captivating ensemble of Gujarati specialties, a Delhi chaat corner, tantalising Kolkata Chowmein, and a medley of dishes including Gobi Musallam and Lahori Murgh Charga. One can also explore an array of seafood indulgences from the southern coasts and can compliment their meal with desserts like Qubani ka meetha, Mishti doi, Ghewar, and Jalebis. As the month unfolds, August 20th will showcase the Northern delicacies including dhaba style Chicken Curry, Paneer Butter Masala, Achari Soya Chap, and more. The guests can culminate their feast with Kesar Kheer, Pinni, and Gulab Jamun. Finally, the grand finale on August 27th will spotlight the exotic flavours of the Malabar region, featuring delicacies like Malabar Paratha, Mutton Vepudu with Kerala Paratha, Mangalorean Fish Curry, Cauliflower Varuval, Hot Appams, Avial, and Jaggery Payasam.

Beyond the traditional fare, the brunch will also tantalise with Italian, Pan Asian, Continental, and Mediterranean spreads. A captivating dessert selection is also being crafted by the chef to delight guests of all ages.
