Kolkata: The Westin Kolkata Rajarhat is all set to launch its new summer menu at Vedic, the speciality restaurant. This refreshing new menu will boast an array of mouth-watering and delectable dishes, perfect for the scorching summer season from 21st of April, 2023 onwards.
The talented in-house culinary team at Vedic has mindfully curated a menu that celebrates the vibrant and diverse flavors of Indian cuisine into the three menus from the summer collection i.e. ‘Aarush’, ‘Grīṣmaḥ’, ‘Divākaraḥ’. The menu features a range of vegetarian options each prepared with the finest quality ingredients having Gluten free and right source of fats and cooked to perfection . The 'Aarush' menu is centered around protein-packed forgotten millets that are rich in antioxidants and nutrients. Some of the standout dishes on this menu include 'Makaaya', 'Dadhijh Rajgira', 'Dal Vedic', 'Doodhi', 'Makhan Malaiyo’.
Relish the best flavors of the recipes inspired from the ingredients and cooking techniques based on different local cuisines of India. Grīṣmaḥ showcases recipes like ‘Kothimbir Shorba’ inspired from Maharashtra cuisine, ‘Kachaloo polichattu’ inspired from Kerala cuisine. ‘Divākaraḥ’ is inspired from the summer grown ingredients packed with rich aromas and earthy flavours, which include dishes like ‘Kulath Shorba’, ‘Kangini Ki Sholey’, ‘Aluk Kachorika’, ‘Bharwan Kadhai’, ‘Thalipeeth’ to name some.
