Kolkata: The Westin Kolkata Rajarhat is hosting the “Thai Food Festival” in Kolkata from 12th April to 23rd April in association with Chef Khum Dee at Nori, for Calcuttans to indulge in the best of Thai food that the city has to offer.

Chef Khun Dee's passion for cooking and her years of experience in the culinary has helped her develop a deep understanding of Thai cuisine. Currently she heads the renowned EEST restaurant at Westin Siray Bay Resort and Spa.

A descendant of Phuket, Chef Khun Dee brings to the table a flair of the essence and the taste of Thai delights through various cooking styles. Whether you have been chasing a good Green Thai curry and Mango Sticky Rice dessert across the city, patrons can experience the intricate yet simple flavors and texture of Thai cuisine. The menu will showcase dishes like ‘Pad Thai’, and curry-noodle dishes such as ‘khanom chin nam ngiao’, ‘tom yam goong’, ‘som tam salad’, ‘massaman curry’ to name a few.
