The Westin Kolkata Rajarhat to ring in Bengali New Year with Poila Baisakh Special Menu

To mark the “Nobo Borsho”, The Westin Kolkata Rajarhat, is all set to celebrate Bengali New Year with flavours of Bengal, soulful performances with an exciting 3 day grandeur celebration from 14th April -16th April,2023 at the Seasonal Taste. The property's skilled culinary team has curated an elaborate spread ‘Poila Boishakh Mahabhoj’  to bring Bengal's culture and traditional flavour to life. The special Brunch at Seasonal Taste assembles assorted delicacies from the Bengali kitchen like ‘Calcutta Fish Fry’,‘Macher Dim er Bora’, ‘Chingri Chop’, ‘Posto Bata’,’Phoolkapir Malai Curry’ to name a few. Patrons will be welcomed with ‘Aam Pona Sharbat’.

Adding to the celebrations, patrons get to groove to the foot-tapping live music of the renowned musical duo Sourendro-Soumyojit Band followed by a live DJ, over your favourite beverages and much more.
