The Westin Mumbai, Powai Lake to Host the First-Ever Fine Dining Canine Dinner - Bone Appétit, Curated by Celebrity Chef Varun Inamdar

The event, which will be held on April 15th and 16th, 2023, will be a sit-down dinner for dogs and their favourite hoomans.

Curated by Two-times National Award winner and Guinness World Record holder Chef Varun Inamdar, this dinner will be a visit for him too in his illustrious 2 decades of culinary experience. Chef Varun has crafted experiences for some of the most noted people on the planet - Queen Rania of Jordan, The Royal Family of Al Sabah, Al Khalifa, along with Al Saud, Barrack Obama, Pope Francis, Nicholas Sarkozy, Narendra Modi, Sonia Gandhi, Angela Merkel and Vladimir Putin, Film Icons Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, world-renowned cricketers Sachin Tendulkar, Sir Vivian Richards, Imran Khan, Business magnates Richard Branson, Indra Nooyi, and Mukesh Ambani to name a few. And this month, he will be making a very special four-course menu for our four-legged VVIPs.

Bone Appétit promises to be an unforgettable culinary experience for the four-legged attendees, with a special menu that will feature the finest ingredients and flavours that are sure to tantalise the taste buds of even the most discerning of doggos. The menu features locally sourced, organic ingredients that are free from preservatives and additives, making it not only delicious but also nutritious.

To start, your dog will be presented with an amuse-bouche of Turkey Côtelettes which is Turkey and cranberry nuggets served on coconut oil-spritzed shavings of sweet potatoes, carrots, and baby zucchini. This is followed by the first course of The Ultimate Grin Bowl which is Chicken tenders, whole eggs, carrots, broccoli, honey, flaxseed oil, toasted nori, red pumpkin, fresh sardine with myoglobin, and watermelon popsicles. Next up is the main course – a mouth-watering dish Doggizza which is Chicken breast with hearty bone broth, whole eggs, chicken livers, zucchini, grape tomatoes, baby spinach & young cheddar perfectly cooked and seasoned to perfection.
