Hotel Royal Orchid proudly presents an exclusive Lebanese Food Festival, showcasing an array of authentic dishes meticulously crafted by renowned celebrity chef, Jameela Ghani.

Go on a culinary adventure with daddy dearest with unique soups like Shourba Ma Kadravath, a rich vegetable medley, or the hearty Shorba Bil Laham/Dijaj, featuring tender lamb or chicken. Accompany these with smoky Baba Ghanoush, creamy Hummus, tangy Labneh, and zesty Fattoush Hummus salad, served alongside warm Pita Bread.

Our starters celebrate the essence of Lebanese cuisine with Fatayer, spinach-filled pies, and crispy Kibbeh Samak, fish fried with bulgur. Delight in classic Felafel, chickpea fried balls, and succulent Kibbeh, ground chicken stuffed in bulgur wheat. For the main course, relish aromatic Dajaj Bil Basal, chicken in a rich onion sauce, or savoury Bamia Mi Lahme, lamb with okra. Highlights include Samke Mishwi Salona, barbequed fish in flavourful gravy, and Fasulya Ma Lahme, beef with haricot beans.

Conclude your culinary journey with decadent Lebanese desserts, indulging in Basbousa, a luscious semolina cake, or Qatayef, sweet cream dumplings.
