This International Yoga Day, IHCL’s J Wellness Circle invites you to embark on a holistic wellness journey with #HometoYoga - aseries of enriching yoga sessions focused on promoting wellness, balance, and community involvement.

Guests looking to break away from their routines and revitalize themselves can join yoga sessions at 50+ J Wellness Circle centers across India, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Dubai, Cape Town and London. Illuminating the path to well-being, Yoga Acharyas will host sessions that commence with Dhoop, a ritual to purify the atmosphere, followed by Pranayama, a breathing technique to balance energy and Yoga Nidra, meditation for deep relaxation. #HometoYoga will help guests find balance, restore energy, and unearth a new path inward. 

In line with IHCL’s ESG + Framework of Paathya and United Nation’s theme of societal betterment,IHCL will host yoga sessions at senior living communities, child welfare homes, hospitals and others, aimed at giving back to the community.
