CHIVAS XV: XV Champagne Cocktail

Ingredients

15ml Chivas XV

3 dashes Angostura bitters

1 sugar cube

Top with champagne 

Method

Drop sugar cubes into a champagne flute, then add Angostura bitters on top. Then add 15ml Chivas XV to it. Top with champagne and serve.
