Bring out your cheeky and unconventional bartender side with these scrumptious cocktails to chase away the mid-week blues. 

1. Whiskey Puddle

by Butterfly High, Head Mixologist, Avril Gonsalves 

Ingredients: Whisky – 60 ml 

Lime juice -10 ml 

Sugar syrup – 5 ml 

Egg white 

Garnish with chocolate syrup 

Method: Shaken 

Glassware: Rock glass 

2. Pomegranate & Grapefruit Whisky Sour

Ingredients: Grapefruit Slice/Monin Grapefruit Puree 15ml Pomegranate Juice 60ml 

Whisky 60ml 

Lime Juice 15ml 

Method: 

– In a cocktail shaker, add a grapefruit slice and muddle gently add ice and pour all ingredients and shake pour it in a rock glass. – Garnish with grapefruit slice or pomegranate seeds.

3. The Sour Hog

Ingredients: 60 ml SchwartzHog 

20 ml lemon juice 

15 ml sugar syrup 

30 ml egg whites 

Method: 

– Dry-shake all the ingredients. 

– Shake again over ice and strain in a chilled cocktail glass. – Garnish with an orange slice and cinnamon powder. 

4. The Cinnamon Whiskey Sour

Ingredients: 45ml Jameson Whiskey 

15ml Cinnamon liqueur 

20ml Date Puree 

15ml Citrus 

01 Egg white (Optional) 

Lotus Biscoff for garnish 

Method: Shaken 

5. Oriental sour(yazu special whiskey sour)

Ingredients: 20 ml lime juice, 

15 ml sugar syrup 

kaffir lime leaves 

Bamboo shoot dice muddled with galangal slice 

60 ml Japanese whiskey 

15 ml egg white

Method: 

Shake everything well and serve in a coupe glass garnished with kaffir lime and orange bitter.
