Picking up a glass of rum, whether in a cocktail, a mixed drink or simply straight, is one of the great pleasures in life and there is no secret as to why. To commemorate the annual and global celebration of rum and distilleries, Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach is here with its special offerings during the World Rum Week for 2023 at Mumbai’s most admired sunset point destination, Gadda Da Vida, our chic sea lounge. WORLD RUM DAY (ALCOHOLIC) price-1199++

· Rum & Smoke

White rum 60ml

Dry vermouth 15ml

Campari 15ml

Peach syrup 10ml

Ginger ale top up

Preparation: Add lots of ice to a shaker with the aforementioned components. Pour it into an Irish glass after giving it a good shake. Finally, top it off with ginger ale. Lastly, add an orange slice as a garnish!

Glass: Irish glass

Method: Shaken

· Painkiller

White rum 30ml

Dark rum 30ml

Pineapple juice 60ml

Sweet n sour syrup. 30ml

Preparation: Put lots of ice should into a blender and add all the ingredients. Combine it all and add the slush to the martini glass after that. Top it off with some spring mint as a garnish.

Glass: Martini

Method: Blend

· Drunken devil

White rum 60ml

Apple juice 45ml

Simple syrup 15ml

Ginger ale Top up

Preparation: Fill a shaker with plenty of ice and all the above mentioned ingredients. After giving it a good shake, strain it twice into the margarita glass. Add some ginger ale to it and finish the drink with a chilly.

Glass: Margarita

Method: shaken

· Ajedrez

White rum 60ml

Cocktail onions 3 to 4 pc

Basil leave 4 to 5 leaves

Dry vermouth 15ml

Lime juice. 15 ml

Preparation: Add a cocktail onion, and nicely muddle it in a shaker before adding the other components. In a champagne tulip glass, double strain the mixture. Add some basil leaves and a cocktail onion as garnish.

Glass: Champagne tulip

Method: shaken

· Red Dragon

White rum 60ml

Lemon juice 15ml

Grapefruit syrup 15ml

Dragon fruit 2 to 4 chunks

Jasmine tea. 30ml

Preparation: Take a Tom Collins, add ice to it and then add the ingredients one at a time. Jasmine tea should then be added last. Add a slice of dragon fruit as a garnish.
