Tradition meets Culinary Excellence: Navratra Meals by Dana Choga

Dana Choga, known for its delectable North Indian cuisine, is back with its range of festive meals for the season of Navratri. The three decade old brand curates a special menu every year without the use of onion, garlic or wheat. The offerings come as a culinary delight for those observing a nine day fast, yet looking for new and delicious options to satisfy their taste buds.

The restaurant chain also serves an elaborate a-la-carte menu of delicious North Indian food items. Veer Anukul Chandhok, the second generation entrepreneur behind Dana Choga says, “India has a very diverse cultural fabric, which we constantly try and incorporate in our menu. Our chefs work round the year to introduce new food items; this Navratra menu being one of them. Our patrons come back for this every year and the Sattvik thali has become a hot favorite over the years.”

The brand's Navratri Thali stands out due to its meticulous selection of ingredients. Made using Sendha Namak (Rock Salt) the thali consists of delectable options such as Singhare ki Poori, Aloo Paneer Cutlets, Jeera Aloo, Paneer Tamatri, Pineapple Raita, with the perfectly sweet ending of Kesari Coconut Laddoo. The exquisite Poori in the thali is made with Singhara Atta (water chestnut flour) and is renowned for its superior quality and health advantages, setting it apart from the commonly used Kuttu Atta (Buckwheat Flour). The menu will be made available across all 16 outlets of the brand in Delhi and NCR between 15th and 22nd October. The guests can choose to dine in at a nearby restaurant, or order from the company website or major online food delivery apps.
