Returning Gastronomic Favorites From Disney Cruise Line
Guests on the Disney Adventure can look forward to beloved Disney Cruise Line culinary classics, which will appear alongside regional and international cuisines. Timeless favorites – from the ever-popular Mickey waffles, which will be available at breakfast buffet spreads, to soft-serve ice cream at the self service spot, Wheezy’s Freezies – are set to delight guests.
A returning favorite of the fleet that will be featured on the Disney Adventure is Palo Trattoria – an elegant, upscale restaurant offering exquisite Italian fare, exceptional wines, superlative service, and panoramic ocean views – exclusively for adults on board. With indulgent dishes like the Pure Blood Sanchoku Wagyu Striploin with Pink Peppercorn and Broccolini, as well as Lychee Panna Cotta on the menu, the Palo dining experience will be nothing short of delectable. While premium dining experiences will be available for an additional fee, many dining venues onboard will be included in the cruise fare, allowing guests to indulge freely in iconically Disney and exceptional gastronomic moments throughout their vacation.
Another much-loved Disney Cruise Line signature concept coming to the Disney Adventure is rotational dining. Each evening, guests will enjoy a multi-course menu as they rotate between uniquely themed dining rooms.
Rotational dining is Disney Cruise Line’s way of making sure that all guests have a new experience each night while onboard. The standout element in the rotational dining concept is the personalized, high-touch service from dedicated servers, who will accompany guests each night and learn their dining preferences. The pre-assigned dinner tracks will also be thoughtfully timed to allow guests to enjoy both dinner and evening entertainmentshows at the Walt Disney Theater, without needing to worry about getting a dinner reservation.
On the Disney Adventure, guests will experience three of six family-friendly, rotational dining restaurants. Each will serve a menu of exquisite meals and enthralling entertainment that will be brought to life in ways that only Disney can – making it a feast for the senses.
At Navigator’s Club and Hollywood Spotlight Club, dinner will be served with a high-energy dose of some of Disney’s most beloved characters – Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, and Daisy Duck – who will mingle with guests as they dine. Menu highlights at these restaurants will include the Duck Confit and Tandoori Habanero Bhuna Paneer Tikka at Navigator’s Club, as well as the Miso Glazed Chilean Seabass at Hollywood Spotlight Club.
At Animator’s Palate and Animator’s Table, guests will celebrate the art and artistry of Disney and Pixar animated films, such as the much-loved “The Little Mermaid” and “Finding Nemo.” During dinner, guests will contribute drawings of their own, which will be brought to life in a spectacular animated finale – an unforgettable moment for everyone as they see their creations come to life. Menu highlights will include one of Southeast Asia’s most iconic local noodle dishes, Laksa Lemak, at Animator’s Palate, and the classic Mickey Chocolate Tarte at Animator’s Table.
Finally, at Enchanted Summer Restaurant and Pixar Market Restaurant, guests will explore spaces inspired by some of the stories and characters from Disney and Pixar.
Enchanted Summer Restaurant will be fashioned as a cozy village dining hall inspired by Disney Animation’s “Tangled” and “Frozen.” In the Maximus dining room, guests will feel as if they’ve stepped into a colorful, hand-painted rendition of “Tangled,” while the Olaf dining room will be inspired by a summer snow day celebration in the kingdom of Arendelle. Pixar Market Restaurant in Toy Story Place will be a celebration of Pixar films, with each dining area capturing the spirit of the studio’s beloved films, from “Inside Out” and “Monsters University” to “Turning Red,” “The Incredibles,” and more. Innovative dishes to expect here include Pixar Market Restaurant’s Goan Pork Belly, as well as the vegetarian-friendly Spiced Vegetable Rolls and Lemon Thai Basil Tart from Enchanted Summer Restaurant.
