The innovative campaign leverages AI-powered technology to deliver uniquely customized video messages aimed at enhancing customer engagement. 

The AI-driven campaign targets users who initiated a search but did not finish the booking process. These travelers receive a prompt featuring Rishabh Pant in a personalized, AI-generated video that addresses them by name and references their searched destination or mode of transport.
