IATO( Indian Association of Tour Operators), on behalf of its executive committee members and all its members expresses  deep shock and wishes to convey its heartfelt sympathies to families of all those who lost their loved one’s in this terrible tragedy.   

 “This heartbreaking event has sent shockwaves throughout the entire travel and tourism industry. We are deeply saddened by the loss of precious lives and the pain endured by their families. Such incidents shakes the confidence of all travelers and urge the authorities to investigate thoroughly the cause behind the crash and take measures to prevent such incidents from happening again and restore the confidence of flyers back.” says Ravi Gosain, President, IATO.

“Surely such an incident impacts Air India hugely but as a long standing Airlines of International repute, we are sure it will take all possible steps to prevent such incidents from happening again and ensure following of highest  possible standards in all its flights. We have the utmost confidence that Air India will continue to demonstrate the highest levels of professionalism, compassion and resilience in responding to this tragedy and in supporting those impacted. We salute the courage and commitment of Air India staff and emergency responders who are managing this crisis with dignity and dedication”,  adds Mr Gosain.
