New Delhi, February 2025 – Mauritius Tourism Promotion Authority’s (MTPA) participation in SATTE 2025 proved to be highly rewarding, fostering valuable connections with the travel trade fraternity across India.
During the event, held from February 19 – 21 at the Yashobhoomi Convention Centre - New Delhi, the MTPA pavilion welcomed approximately 450 visitors, comprising a mix of tour operators, travel agents, media representatives, and other industry professionals. 12 select partners, inclusive of Air Mauritius, Destination Management Companies (DMCs), and hotel representatives were present at the stall, allowing visitors to explore the island’s multifarious offerings and gain deeper insights into its diverse tourism landscape.
Speaking about participation, Ms. Zeenat Gangee, Tourism Promotion Manager, Mauritius Tourism Promotion Authority (MTPA), stated: "SATTE 2025 has been an incredible opportunity for us to deepen our engagement with the Indian market. The visitors’ interest and intrigue towards Mauritius’ breathtaking landscapes, luxury resorts, and immersive experiences was palpable throughout the event. It was a pleasure to connect with trade partners and exchange crucial insights. We are pleased to see Mauritius’ growing appeal in the Indian market, including in North India, where demand for luxury holidays, weddings, and family getaways is on the rise. "
