How to remove fish wings

You don't have to be a fishmonger to master the art of butterflying a delicious coral trout. Daniel Lamby of the Fans team makes it easy for you. Just get the right, sharp, flexible knife and slide through the fish's top bone, and you'll get a beautiful clear fish ready to cook.

Get a quick snack ready with lime-churros

Keyma Vasquez Montero's zesty lime churros with dulce de leche are mouth-wateringly good. All you have to do is bake the flour dough in any shape you desire, dip it in reduced lime and sugar syrup, coat it with sugar icing, and have the perfect dish for your tea-time.

Quick Pizza Omelette for the love of kids

It takes just one egg to make a Masterchef-level, sumptuous Pizza Omelette. Billie McKay's quick recipe will surely be a diving treat for kids and adults alike. Put the omelette mix on medium heat in a pan, and while it starts to cook, pizza sauce, cheese and veggies can be added on top. Cover the lid for two minutes, and you have your hybrid pizza omelette ready!

Get the greens out with finger snap salad

If you have an exciting palate or want to try something new, Harry Tomlin's Strawberry and Tomato Salad with Coriander Granita is for you. Freeze the coriander puree in a flat tray. Chop your tomatoes and caramelise them. Mix the caramelised cherry tomatoes in olive oil, add chopped strawberries and top it with crushed coriander granita for an icy salad.
