We are pleased to share that we are hosting Flavours of Turkiye – Turkish Food Festival at Encounters Taj Krishna Hyderabad from 6th October – 15th October 2023 with celebrity Chef Eyüp Kemal Sevinç who has flown in straight from Turkey. It will be a gala dinner buffet with Turkish Food, Live Stations, Turkish Coffee, Turkish Ice-cream and more.

Celebrity Chef Eyüp Kemal Sevinç and Executive Chef Prashant Kumar of Taj Krishna have worked together to design a menu to tantalise the taste buds of food lovers all over Hyderabad. They have trained the team of 50 people from the kitchen to curate Turkish cuisine and bring international flavours to the platter.

Opening ceremony was held at Taj Krishna Alfresco Garden on 6th October 2023, which was an evening of Culture, Cuisine & Conversations.
Turkish Food Festival has been organised in collaboration with Consulate General of the Republic of Turkiye and Taj Krishna Hyderabad. The gala event was flagged off with Consul General – Orhan Yalman OKAN and Mr Pankaj Sampta - Area Director Hyderabad IHCL Hotels – Taj Krishna, taking the stage and addressing the gathering. The event was attended by the Elites of the city where they had a gala time with delectable food, meet & greet with the celebrity chef and interesting discussions over cuisine.
