Tuskers at Sofitel Mumbai BKC welcomes Chef Sumitra for an Andhra Food Festival

August 2023: Sofitel Mumbai BKC, the elegant, luxury hotel in Mumbai’s Bandra Kurla Complex, is pleased to welcome guest Chef Sumitra, for a 10-day Andhra Brahmin Food Festival at Tuskers.  

Tuskers is the specialty vegetarian restaurant & bar at Sofitel Mumbai BKC. In collaboration with Tuskers Chef Maharaj Pratap Swami, Chef Sumitra has created an unmissable menu of traditional Andhra Brahmin cuisine. Available from August 18-27, 2023, the Andhra Brahmin food festival will offer delicious dishes like mini uttapam; Pesarattu; a chutney sampler; the much-loved snack Punugulu; the brinjal-based Vankaya Kottimeera Kaaram, cooked in a spicy and aromatic coriander gravy; pepper rassam; the classic Thayir Sadam or curd rice; and to end, Semiya Payasam, or vermicelli kheer.

Served for lunch only from 12-3 pm, this delicious menu will be available as a delectable thali experience, in true Tuskers style. It is priced at Rs. 2500 plus taxes, per person.
