Chennai, November 2023: Experience the culinary brilliance of Chef Katherine Chung as she presents her unparalleled expertise in Modern Hakka Chinese Cuisine during a five-day pop-up ‘Two Worlds, One Wok’ at the award-winning restaurant Stix, at Hyatt Regency Chennai, in collaboration with Yogita Uchil who is a food evangelist and a travel influencer.

Chef Katherine along with the Executive Chef of Hyatt Regency Chennai, Manish Uniyal has meticulously crafted an exclusive decadent pop-up menu from November 22nd till 26th 2023. This exclusive menu showcases a fusion of traditional and royal dishes, combining rarely-seen Hakka Chinese delicacies from Hakka homes with exquisite Imperial Chinese cuisines.
