TYGR Celebrates its One-Year Anniversary with the Launch of a Brand-New Menu

TYGR, Massive Restaurants’ modern Thai restaurant, is celebrating its one-year anniversary with the launch of a brand-new menu. Under the direction of Executive Chef Sahil Singh, the new menu offers TYGR’s distinct flavour profiles and unique combinations of ingredients, all within a series of brand-new dishes.

Diners can begin their meal with Small Plates like Banana Leaf-Wrapped Grilled Tofu, Dehydrated Chilis and Coriander; Thai-Style Aromatic Duck with Sweet & Sour Dressing; and Roti Canai with Avocado and Curried Pepper Mayo. Salads & Soups section offers choices like Preserved Raw Mango and Avocado Salad; Braised Escalopes of Lamb with Palm Sugar and Shallots; and Tom Kha.

Diners can move on to Large Plates like Sliced Belgian Pork Belly; Tofu and Truncated Soy, Roasted Peanuts and Bird’s Eye Chili; and Sizzling Thai-Style Bibimbap (chicken/fish/prawn or lamb).

No Thai meal is complete without Curries and TYGR does not disappoint, with a selection of Red, Green, Massaman, Panang or Yellow Curry, which can be made vegetarian, or with chicken, prawn, lamb or duck.

All dishes can be enjoyed with Staples like Pad Thai Vermicelli Noodles; Truffle-Scented Corn and Spinach Fried Rice; and Kanomjin Noodles, a sweet and sour dish, made from fermented rice noodles.

Diners can end their meal on a sweet note with Desserts like Sticky Rice Mango Pudding and Triple-Layered Semi-Fredo with Kataifi (shredded strands of phyllo pastry dough) and Gritty Milk.

If diners are in the mood to experiment, they can opt for options from the American Brasserie portion of the menu – dishes that are enhanced with a signature TYGR twist. These include Signature Burgers like Spinach, Pak Choy, Feta and Panko; Celeriac Lamb; and Curried Slow Roast (chicken, lamb or tenderloin).

For more branch-like options, diners can try Benedict dishes like Guacamole, Goan Chorizo, Chili and Lime Brie; and Chicken Katsu with Sichimi Hollandaise.

Lighter eaters can graze on Mousse and Pate dishes like Edamame Hummus; Smoked Salmon Mousse; and Balsamic Chicken and Parmesan Mousse, all served with charcoal, paprika and corn lavash, and tzatziki.
