Mr. Dipankar Biswas appointed as Executive Assistant Manager Food & Beverage at U Tropicana Alibaug

Mumbai, India February 6, 2019 –U Tropicana Alibaug is delighted to announce the appointment of Mr. Dipankar Biswas as Executive Assistant Manager – Food & Beverage. Through this role, he will oversee the Food & Beverage Division and collaborate with the General Manager as his deputy, in managing the Operations as well as ensuring that service deliverables are in line with the International Standards of U Hotels and Resorts, Thailand.

With basic academics in Hotel Management further strengthened with professional development programs through Cornell University he brings along with about 2 decades of thorough grounding in the Food & Beverage space with exposure to local and global brands, in the domestic and international markets, noteworthy being Intercontinental Hotels and Lebua Hotels and Resorts, his most recent assignment.

With an avid interest in wines, Dipankar while moving up the growth hierarchy been a sommelier, alongside picking up nuances of worldwide cuisine and blending it with a precise service attitude fashioning wonderful experiences.
