Valentine’s Day Limited-Edition Special Menu at Yauatcha, Kolkata

Valentines’ Day is round the corner and Yauatcha, Kolkata is all set with a limited-edition menu offering to celebrate the day of love with their guests. The exquisitely planned Valentine’s Day menu will consist of an assorted range of Dim Sum, Mains, Noodles and tempting Desserts, making sure that you can make the most of your festive commemorative feast. This menu will be available till February 28^th.

Highlights of the menu are the intricately folded legendary dim sum of Yauatcha like - Tofu and enoki mushroom dumpling with umami rich enoki and shimeji mushroom, silken tofu, water chestnut and asparagus elevated with a golden leaf, the soft and spicy Pan-fried lamb bun with black pepper, and the Seafood and spinach dumpling made with fresh spinach, succulent pieces of prawn and water chestnut for the crunch.

The mains features, Four style vegetables in vegan XO sauce, and the must try Chili bean Indian betki. From the staples section, one must try the Vegan XO fried rice with shiitake, burnt garlic and tomato, and Pan fried pan noodles with wood ear mushroom and aromatic soya sauce.

The Valentine’s Day special dessert is the newly introduced Strawberry yoghurt mousse, a celebratory red dessert, which is made using fresh strawberries and served with strawberry ice-cream.
