Chef Michael Swamy, a renowned author and wildlife enthusiast, curated the menu. “Bhutan to Bharat promises to be a culinary adventure that will tantalize your taste buds and take you through the diverse culinary traditions of these two nations. Bhutan, known as the ‘Last Shangri-La,’ is a beautiful nation located northeast of India. It is home to rugged mountains, deep valleys, and dense forests. Bhutanese cuisine celebrates tradition, community, and the bountiful offerings of the land. From hearty stews to fiery curries, its food offers a delightful array of flavours, textures, and aromas. Their National Dish, Ema Datshi, is a must-try dish, a soulful cheese broth with simmered chillies served with red rice.
