Novotel New Delhi Aerocity by Accor hosted an exclusive Vegan Masterclass with Chef Sebastien Kardinal, a prominent activist and culinary expert leading the international surge towards veganism. Recognised French Chef Sébastien Kardinal, known for creating magic with vegan cuisine, visited select Novotel properties in India to showcase unique gastronomical skills. During his India tour, Chef Kardinal hosted various experiences from 26th November to 2nd December at Novotel properties in Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Kolkata and New Delhi. Celebrating the 20 Novotel properties in India, Chef Kardinal’s visit was part of the experiences and campaigns planned for the brand.
From tasty Basquaise and Shepherd's pie to Blanquette old and stuffed tomatoes, the Master Class at Novotel New Delhi Aerocity was followed by a sumptuous vegan luncheon that was specially curated by the vegan master himself. The spectacular gourmet experience was enjoyed by foodies from all over the city where they were able to learn the secrets of vegan cooking during a live demonstration. The event happened at the 5,000 sq.ft Herb Garden that is known for having a fresh produce of vegetables which is used at the 6 Restaurants & Bars at Novotel & Pullman New Delhi Aerocity.
With Chef Kardinal’s expertise, our in-house chefs as well as our guests learned much more about the vegan food and how it has revolutionised the gastronomical space. Specialising in French and gastronomical specialities, Chef Kardinal loved creating vegan versions of the popular dishes and Plus Que Parfait along with Business France had helped us organise chef’s visit to showcase French vegan cuisine.
