New Update
Accor hotels were impossible to miss at the 3rd edition of the event! Our Group welcomed start-ups, journalists, and employees on a 400 m² stand named "Augmented Hospitality".

A start-up ecosystem

This year 32 start-ups were present on the AccorHotels stand, benefiting from the ideal space to meet and talk with our employees and Viva Technology participants.

To select them, the Innovation Lab called upon different lines of work to build 4 challenges around the following issues:

  • Connected objects for use by hotel staff
  • Reinvent the Meetings & Events experience in our hotels
  • Childcare facilities in the hotels
  • The large-scale organization of local events in the hotels (AccorLocal)

A busy pitch zone

More than 30 speakers gave presentations in our pitch zone during the three-day event.  Our Group's innovations and partners were in the spotlight.

Maud Bailly, Chief Digital Officer, Antoine Dubois, Senior Vice President Global Marketing Strategy and Steven Taylor, Chief Brand Officer also promoted our different skills on the stage of the CEO forum, and on the McKinsey and Capgemini stands.

Predict a wish

John Paul demonstrated his expertise using the "Predict a wish" box! The concept was that the concierge, gifted with unrivaled artificial intelligence, gave participants the chance to realize the dearest wishes of someone who means a lot to them.

The AccorLocal team also realized a wish dear to everyone: to wake up in great shape thanks to a morning fitness session on the first day! For the pleasure of the guests on our stand, Potel et Chabot also provided some delicious appetizers and some refreshing home-made drinks.
