It’s the 10th anniversary of Vivanta Chennai, IT Expressway and what better way to celebrate than to honour and revel in the flavours, textures and aromas of our culinary heritage. Mynt, our all-day restaurant, invites guests to embark on a gastronomic journey that showcases the diverse tastes of Tamil Nadu, spanning from the hills to the coast - Kaleidoscope of Tastes. Each dish on the menu reflects the distinctive local ingredients and cultural influences that make the regions so unique.

This specially curated menu is dotted with family recipes using home-style, hand-pounded spice mixes and traditional cooking techniques. Explore a range of culinary experiences from the traditional rustic flavours of Badaga cuisine to a delectable range of delicacies from Kanyakumari, Kodaikanal, Madurai, and Tirunelveli. Savour the rich and aromatic dishes of Arcot Nawab and Anglo Indian cuisine, and indulge in the delightful coconut-infused curries of Kerala and the fiery colours of Andhra Pradesh's biryanis.

Guests can delve into the delicate flavours of Ragi Hittu (Ragi dumpling with ghee);  Jack fruit Curry; Ghasu Soppu (Mashed potatoes with spinach); Ottakudi Udhak (Bamboo shoots curry);  Kuzhi Paniyaram; Chicken Keema Masala Dosa; Mutton Rolls; and Kari Dosa. Encounter the delightful Nilofari Kebab (Spicy Beetroot & Subzi Kebab); Nawabi Phool (Broccoli and malai); Saffron-infused Galouti Kebabs; Noorjahani Gosht Tikki; Mutton Roast Anglo style; Railway mutton curry; Grandma’s Country Captain Chicken Curry; and  Anglo Indian Mutton Pepper Chops.
