We have the processes in place wherein the guest privacy is the primary focus, we have guidelines that we adhere to which involve the time of the cleaning for rooms, handling guest personal belongings, process of entering the guest rooms, delivering guest request personal items such as sanitary products, we try and ensure that the most single lady rooms are cleaned by a lady attendant.

We have a sustainability program in place for the room linen change and the team is well trained to abide by the same. We also closely monitor the utilization of laundry capacity to ensure that there is no wastage of resources such as water, electricity and chemicals.

Use of latest technology, equipment and cleaning processes where the sustainability measures are taken are given priority. Water is being recycled from every source. We also use the green-certified cleaning agents, which are supplied by Diversey.

Teamwork is the aspect which we focus on where in the workload is balanced between the team and also as the part of care values 8 weekly offs per month are given to the team. We also ensure that the OFF preferences of the team members are considered while making roster well in advance to maintain a work-life balance.

Occupancies are also considered while making the roster to avoid additional workload. Regular task breakdown training is conducted for smooth working conditions. Many fun activities are carried out on a day-to-day basis to balance the motivation level.
