Today, guests are exploring wedding trends from around the world. Brides and grooms research round the year about all the elements that their dream wedding should entail. Wedding cakes are now an important part of engagements, wedding parties and get-togethers.

Being aware of on-going wedding trends, guests are exploring newer and unconventional flavours that come from fresh seasonal fruits, berries and dry fruits such as Apple Caramel cake, Lemon elderflower cake, Cinnamon cheesecake and similar. Guests looking for unique fillings that reflect their taste and are still a favourite amongst the crowd.
